Communication and transparency are critical now more than ever, so these are the things we want you to know: We are here for you.
Some of our service provision is considered low-contact, including window and door installations.
When clients do need to interact with one of our local team members directly, we are complying with the recommended social distancing practices. Our team members are using hand sanitizer and disinfecting any samples between appointments. We also wear masks in the home upon request.
In order to do our part in protecting our community and employees, our showrooms are now open by appointment only and with each appointment we are taking all necessary precautions by adhering to CDC prevention measures and respecting personal space.
We also are offering Virtual Consultations at this time as well.
We also understand it’s tough to feel at ease in a time like this, and we are happy to send any information and invoices digitally via email upon client request.
How are we responding as a company to COVID-19?
We do not operate on fear but believe in being wise and maintaining a level head in such a stressful and confusing time.We will remain “business as usual” for the foreseeable future and maintaining standard business hours.
