Neal did our initial measurements and estimate and was very good at explaining the process and answering all questions. During installation Logan and his crew did a great job. They were young guys but were very professional in there approach. You wouldn’t know they were there other than the sounds of the actual removal and installation process. The orders came through within a couple of weeks and Andrii and Leo worked within 2 days to finish the remodeling! “We did the two day shower remodel and David Stackable was so wonderful helping us from the get go picking out colors for the wall, base, fixtures, bench seat type, safety bar, etc., and we are so appreciative… The father/son crew who did the transformation were so skillful and neat in the cleanup, etc., and did a remarkable job and so great at communicating with us on everything they needed to run by us that was important to the final product… The price was also very reasonable and two days —- well you can’t ask for more and they do what they promise. Michael the project consultant, the crew that came to measure, and Chris the installer were excellent to work with, timely, courteous and informative. Chris even went out and got some new trim for the door to match the style of our room and installed it beautifully. Communication throughout the whole process from quote to installation was also perfect. We highly recommend them!”

“We had vinyl siding put on our home by Burnett over 20 years ago. At the time, they offered a lifetime warranty on damage caused by weather. After over 20 years of Oklahoma winds, a few pieces of siding finally got some damage. Their siding holding up that long in Oklahoma weather without any damage should tell you enough right there. But their customer service is the icing on the cake… They had someone come out to take a look at the damage, order new pieces of siding to replace the ones that couldn’t be salvaged, and reinstalled everything good as new – at no cost to me. I was shocked that they honored the warranty after so long. Great customer service! I highly recommend Burnett, and I will be giving them a call when it is time to remodel my bathroom.”
