Excellent service
Five years after my windows were replaced, I was cleaning them and was unable to line up the locks correctly to close the locks. In frustration I called Burnett thinking that maybe I hadn’t noticed whether they were locked before or not, I insisted that someone come out to take a look. They not only sent someone out who easily locked the window, he cleaned my remaining large window in a matter of minutes! I am in my seventies and I am extremely grateful for such great service.
