They arrived on time each day of the project and were courteous throughout the process. Since I share the building with other tenants, several issues that would otherwise be absent had to be worked around. "I just can’t say enough about the integrity and professionalism of this company. From the planning of every detail to the installation and then final inspection we were treated with the utmost care and courtesy . We had to replace our patio doors and because of the size of door we had Burnett had to do a small adjustment to make the door fit, allowing us to save the expense of ordering a custom door. Chris, a master installer, was able to make that happen, even creating extra trim so that it fit perfectly. He was prompt, kept me informed of every detail as the day went along, and so courteous and professional in his service. When the install was completed I still had a little trouble with the screen door being “sticky” when I tried to close it. He was not satisfied to leave it that way and made adjustments until it glided with ease. I can’t say enough of how pleased and grateful I am with the excellent service I received from him and Burnett Home Improvement and with the quality of my new beautiful door. I highly recommend them! "A long overdue review to say that Manny, Burnett's Arkansas Production Manager, is an exceptional representative. I first met Manny when he was brand-new with the company. Several of our new replacement windows had developed a gap between the sash and frame. He came out to understand the problem, researched the solution with his Tulsa counterpart, and made the repairs himself within a couple of days. He kept us informed throughout. Today (nearly a year later), he came out today to fix a lower sash that had popped out of the clip when I tilted the lower sash in to clean the window. He is so courteous and prompt.
